◼ Do I need to provide cleaning equipment and products?
Yes. Our customers provide the mop and vacuum for the clean. This is due to our hygiene policy. However, we do provide cleaning equipment and products for specialised jobs upon request. For our Spring Clean service, the cleaner will bring all necessary equipment and products.
◼ Can I change my scheduled cleaning time?
Yes. Please let us know in advance so we can accommodate for any changes. We will endeavour to find you a new appointment that better suits your needs.
◼ Can I give the cleaner a key?
The cleaner won’t hold onto your key. If you are not home, you can leave the key for your cleaner in a key combination safe. The key will be returned to the safe upon completion.
◼ How many cleaners should I expect to arrive for each appointment?
The cleaning service is generally provided by one cleaner or a team of two people. In some cases, depending on the type of clean and size of home, the service may be provided by a team of more than two people.
◼ Do I need to be home when the cleaner comes?
For the initial clean, you may want to meet your cleaning tech. However, this is not necessary. If you are not home, you can leave a key out so your cleaner can begin upon arriving. Once they have finished, they will leave the key in a predetermined safe location determined by you.
